The 12th Colloquium on Financial Markets took place at AXA Holding AG in Cologne. Here, Marta Szymanowska (Erasmus University Rotterdam) presents her paper „The Stock Market Price of Commodity Risk” (co-authored with Martijn Boons and Frans de Roon).

For the first time, the Colloquium was held in English. Among others, we welcomed presenters from the US, France, the Netherlands as well as from Luxembourg.

Johan Hombert (HEC Paris) received the Best Paper Award 2013 for his paper “News Trading and Speed” (co-authored with Thierry Foucault and Ioanid Rosu).
