Paula Kirsch has been working as a research assistant at the Department of Finance of the University of Cologne since the end of 2022. Previously, she studied Business Administration in her Bachelor's degree and Finance in her Master's degree, also at the University of Cologne. During her studies, Paula spent a semester abroad in Budapest and gained practical experience in various internships and as a working student, e.g., in the areas of controlling and asset management. Her research interests are especially in the field of Sustainable Finance.
