Dr. Andreas Dartsch, born in 1968, is a member of the board of the Sparkasse KölnBonn since Au-gust 2019 and responsible for the departments risk, finance, IT and compliance.

After completing his studies in "banking and corporate finance" he received his doctorate from Professor Dr. Bernd Rolfes at the Gerhard-Mercator-Universität Duisburg. After working in risk management, he held a professorship for business administration and banking as well as finance at Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft before he started working at the Sparkasse KölnBonn with intermediate stations at the Nord/LB and Bankhaus Metzler.

Dr. Dartsch is a member of the supervisory board of Sparkassen Rating und Risikosysteme GmbH and LOOM Impact AG (start-up division impact finance). He also holds various mandates in the social and cultural fields in Cologne and Bonn.
