Olaf Korn is Full Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Göttingen. After studying statistics and economics at the University of Dortmund and the University of Sheffield, he received his doctoral degree in finance from the University of Mannheim.
His pursues his research interests in the fields of theoretical and empirical finance, focussing in particular on risk management and derivatives. He regularly presents his research at academic conferences. Past publications can be found for example in the Journal of Financial Markets, the Journal of Financial Intermediation, the Journal of Forecasting, the Journal of Futures Markets, and the Review of Derivatives Research.
